Hey!
My name is Brittany Cowan. Currently, I'm a Brooklyn-based User Research Moderator. I hold a Masters of Human-Computer Interaction degree from Iowa State University. In addition, I am a graduate of DESIGNATION Labs' Full-Stack Design Bootcamp and have a Bachelor's in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University.
What I love about UX research is the ability and opportunity to apply data and findings to design, resulting in better experiences for people. I thrive on challenging and purposeful work. UX research and design allow me to marry my love of psychology with process improvement. Uncovering unexpected insights to make products faster, simpler, and more delightful energizes and fills me with personal satisfaction. I love knowing my work is improving this world for the better.
In addition to user experience, I love international travel, singing my heart out at concerts, and exploring new cities. Banos, Ecuador is next on my long travel list.
